| Description | The Blackout plays hip-hop and rap music from virtually any artist and any year. We try to provide listeners with up to date music while still keeping the classics in mind. There is usually a talk portion of the show that very often includes artists and producers from the DMV area. During this part of the show we talk about music and world news, and there is never a shortage of opinions or disagreement. We encourage listener involvement whenever possible by accepting and music requests or any opinions about our topics both over the phone and on AIM. Special guests and co-hosts include DJ Don Papa, Cortez, Rita, DJ Dee Cash, JC Dot, and Jay Sinatra. |
