Boyscott formed in 2015 between friends Scott Hermo, John Lendowski, Tiger Adams and Noah Miller, a group manifestation of Scott’s dorm room demos. In the next few years, John, Tiger and Noah phased in and out of the band, but Scott kept Boyscott going through a rotating cast of his musician friends and Emma Willer, who became a permanent member. The five recorded their lo-fi/dreampop debut album, Goose Bumps, in 2015 and won a fast audience through consistent touring. This year, they returned from an 8-year break with a new single, having a similarly dreamy but darker and more polished sound.
