Matt Maltese is headlining for his first time in D.C. at The Howard Theater on his third U.S. tour. Starting this tour fresh off his newest album Songs that Aren’t Mine, the British-Canadian artist is bringing his iconic indie bedroom-pop style of fan favorites, like “Intolewd” and “As the World Caves In,” to the DMV. Maltese’s latest album is a slight departure from his usual works, featuring renditions of his favorite childhood songs, still with his iconic style which brings an indescribable nostalgia and warmth as a reminiscence to his past.
Doors open at 7 p.m. and tickets for the show are available here.
