CONCERT PREVIEW: Nothing But Thieves @ The Anthem 10/8

Nothing But Thieves returns to the District for a show at the Anthem on Oct. 8 that is sure to entertain. The England-based band is touring their latest album, Death Club City, but attendees can also expect them to bring along all their hits, such as “Amsterdam” and “Impossible.” Group members cite rock as the base of their sound, but they aren’t afraid to experiment with other genres either. Nothing But Thieves kicks off the second part of their North American “Welcome to the DCC Tour” on Oct. 4, the first of a 21-show run that you won’t want to miss. Their performances promise to be electrifying, featuring guitar riffs, and an incredible vocal performance from lead singer Conor Mason.  The band continues to soar to new heights, with Death Club City cinching the group’s first No. 1 on UK charts.
