Eclectic electronic and vaporwave musician George Clanton will be taking the stage at the Black Cat on Thursday, May 1st. Accompanied by electronic pop artist Neggy Gemmy, the two are promising to deliver, in Clanton’s own words, “the greatest show on earth.”
Clanton has released music under a variety of aliases, including ESPIRIT, Mirror Kisses, and Kid’s Garden. His most recent release, Fauxlleniam, is a collaboration with popular artist TV Girl, the two effortlessly embodying each other’s sound. Having released music since 2015, Clanton injects hypnotic melodies and an overall sense of nostalgia into each album, displaying his distinct adaptation of the electronic genre.
